Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only. We ship from our warehouse in Sun Valley, California.

Shipping rates

Standard shipping: $8.00
Free standard shipping on orders of $70 or more
Express shipping: $15.00

Preorders

Our drinks are currently available for preorder. Your box will ship as soon as your drinks are ready, and we'll email you a tracking number the moment it leaves our warehouse. You can cancel a preorder for a full refund any time before it ships.

Processing and delivery time

Once items are in stock, orders are packed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days. Standard delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days, and Express usually takes 1 to 3 business days after shipping.

Subscriptions

Weekly subscription boxes ship automatically each week on your subscription date, using the shipping method you chose at checkout.

Damaged or lost packages

If your package arrives damaged or never arrives, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll send a replacement or a refund. See our Refund Policy for details.
