Cancellation policy

You can cancel your weekly Caffina subscription at any time. There are no fees and no minimum number of deliveries.

How to cancel
Log in to your account on caffinabeverages.com and cancel from your subscriptions, or email us at caffina33@gmail.com with your name and order number and we'll cancel it for you.

When it takes effect
If you cancel before your next weekly charge, you won't be charged again. If a weekly box has already been charged, it will still ship, and your subscription stops after that box.

Skipping or pausing
Don't want to fully cancel? You can skip a week or pause your subscription instead by emailing us.

Refunds
Charges for boxes that have already shipped follow our Refund Policy.
