Overview

This website is operated by Caffina Coffee LLC ("Caffina", "we", "us"). By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Our products

We sell ready-to-drink coffee and fruit juice drinks in cans, sold in boxes of 6 or 12. We try to show our products, ingredients and nutrition information as accurately as possible. Please read the full label and ingredient list before drinking, especially if you have allergies. Our coffee drinks contain caffeine and are not recommended for children or for pregnant or breast-feeding women. The Latte contains milk.

Orders and pricing

All prices are in US dollars. We may change prices or stop selling a product at any time. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product is unavailable, the price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full.

Preorders

When you preorder, you pay now and we ship as soon as the drinks are ready. You can cancel a preorder for a full refund any time before it ships.

Subscriptions

If you choose Subscribe, you authorize us to charge your payment method every week at the subscription price shown at checkout until you cancel. You can skip, pause or cancel at any time before your next charge from your account or by contacting us.

Payments

Payments are processed securely by Shopify and our payment partners. We never see or store your full card number.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund Policy. Both are part of these Terms.

Use of the site

You agree not to misuse the site, including by trying to break its security, copy its content for commercial use, or use it for anything illegal. All text, images, logos and designs on this site belong to Caffina and may not be used without our permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Caffina is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any order will not be more than the amount you paid for that order.
